She so gets life. When my employees used to call me boss I told them it also meant a boil on your butt and then I called them Slave #7. That quickly eradicated the misuse of language in our department. We won't discuss the other language that was misused at this time. Bosses are merely leaders with hopefully a little more experience. I prefer to be called a guide and I hope someone thinks of me as such.
